I saw cheaper silicone bags online, why should I buy your brand?
In most cases, cheaper bags are cheaper quality products; cheaper quality means use of different raw materials and different production processes.
Uncured silicone rubber contains polymers of different chain lengths. It always comprises a principal silicon-oxygen-chain (the siloxane backbone) and an organic moiety bound to the silicon. The properties of silicone rubber vary greatly depending on the organic groups and the chemical structure.
The organic groups may be methyl, vinyl, phenyl or other groups. Apart from its chemical structure the raw material, silicone rubber, may also be classified by its viscosity: solid silicone rubber with polymers of higher molecular weight and relatively longer polymer chains or liquid silicone rubber with polymers of lower molecular weight and shorter chains.
To become an elastomeric material, raw silicone rubber always has to be cured with crosslinkers; this can be done either by peroxide or addition curing. The silicone rubber of all of our products is cured by Platinum-catalyzed hydrosilylation, in which at temperatures from 120-200°C the crosslinker H-siloxanes groups react with the vinyl groups of the polymer to form C=C double bonds. The cured rubber is odor- and flavorless, it demolds very easily and has a dry surface. Though extremely flexible, the cured product is strong and durable, giving it a lifetime of 500+ dishwasher cycles or five years+ at proper product care.
Do you ship any products internationally?
No. Currently we sell and ship our products only within the U.S. But very soon this summer, we will start selling our products also in Europe on Amazon internet market places of France, Germany, Spain, and the United Kingdom.

Are your silicone products certified?
All our silicone products are premium, platinum-catalyzed addition-cured silicone rubbers with certificates confirming compliance with FDA, LFGB and CPC standards.
What type of silicone do you use to make your products?
Technically, the specific composition of rubber silicone components, crosslinkers, fillers and additives vary from product to product as accurate mixture precise molding is the domain of the manufacturer.
Since our silicone products entirely provide premium quality standard, the raw rubber polymers are addition-cured with crosslinkers of platinum catalyst systems; fillers are either reinforcing fillers (pyrogenic silica) or non-reinforcing fillers (quartz), which have merely a fill-up function. Innovative premium silicone products do not use additives such as stabilizers, masticating aids, curing accelerators or retarders, organic plasticizers and organic antioxidants; consequently, the finished polymer compound may consist only of polymer and filler.
How do you control quality of your products?
Our quality management system requires quality assurance and product testing by third-party internationally accredited laboratories.
We also crosscheck manufacturer certificates and perform random production inspections without prior notice. The manufacturer does quality control inspection before every product is packaged for shipping. Our manufacturer is certified and ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO13485 (for medical product) managed, and also is Disney, Walmart, Sedex, ICTI, FDA (for medical product)audit approved. Laboratory certification is performed by known international companies and labs.

Why do you have a double closing system on your bags?
We are listening to our customers, who told us they wanted a bag that will hold a good amount of products and should be easy to close and open.
We have done this with pushing the invention to the next level by adding a second closing mechanism the (push taps) on the lower part of the easy closing bar. You can use this system with the easy bar closing if you are freezing for a longer time.
Can I use your bags for liquid?
All our Innovative Bags were originally designed as food storage bags and as kitchen helper, this is why we made them capable of standing upright on a table. Make sure – not matter what you fill into one of our Innovative Bags – DO NOT MOISTEN the bar/canal closing mechanism as it will lose friction when wet and doesn’t close properly then. Once wet, clean with warm water and mild detergent and dry-polish with lint-free rag to restore full closing functionality.
Our patented closing mechanism was designed for easy customer handling, for air-tight sealing avoiding freezerburn and overspill at the same time, and for making our Innovative Bags entirely plastic-free.
Our small “Innovative Snack Bag” is safe to hold liquids up to the maximum liquid filling capacity of 500ml /2 cups / 16 floz. Our “Innovative Two Liter” and “Innovative One Gallon Bags” are also capable of holding fluid content, they do not leak and our premium silicone is impermeable in general; however, the total mass of liquid 2l or 4l content, when put to motion i.e. by squeezing, may easily exceed the force of static or surface friction of the Innovative Bag bar /canal closing mechanism and liquids may spill. However, also the bigger Innovative Bags are safe for regular moisture and fluids that come with food, i.e. salad dressing, gravy of roast meat and so on.
How to find out more:
You can perform your own little physical experiment to experience properties of your new Innovative Two Liter or One U.S. Gallon /Four Liter Silicone Storage Bags:
go to the kitchen sink, fill your bag with 500ml / ½ Liter / 2 cups / 16 floz and close properly. Put Innovative Bag into horizontal position and place some known mass or weight on top; start with half a kilogram first, then double or triple, respectively; see how far you come.
Then, dry bag closing bar /canal and refill Innovative Bag; this time use double content amounts (2x500ml etc.). Again, put Innovative Bag into horizontal position and start placing weight on it; continue as before. Repeat procedures with gradual increasing content until Innovative Bag maximum liquid content capacity. Make sure that closing bar /canal are always dry before closing.
You could also try a somehow more dynamic experimental design – again only use water and perform experiment in kitchen sink (otherwise the entertainment factor will be dominated by the clean-up-all-this-mess-factor of your experiment):

Then give it a slight shove that it tilts and tips down. See what happens and how far you come, when gradually increase effective drop height.
Final Advice on Experiments: find and use independent witness(-ses); kids and smartphones are perfect. Either teach kids how to arrange and perform empirical and reproducible experiments; as experiment supervisor and art director use smartphone camera for audio-visual documentation. Or, when kids are older, change role and let them shoot and edit the latest kitchen blockbuster. In this case and for more freedom of art, dynamic experiments should be performed outdoors…
How do I use the storage dates on the front of the bag?
For your convenience, Innovative Bags come fix storage dates in the format of an eternal calendar showing 12 months and 31 days on the front side.
Simply use any water-soluble eraser marker (not included in our packages) chose the actual date by day and month and mark bags prior to storing in freezer or refrigerator; if necessary, write further content information on bag front or back side. Thus, your freezer is always under your freshness control.
After use, simply rinse and clean bag with warm water or place in dishwasher for cleaning; water will wash all your markings away and your Innovative Bag is ready for re-use.
When I am looking at the measurements on the front of the bag, I see these dots raised from the silicone bags under the numbers - is this Braille?
Yes, raised or embossed dots under numbers are Braille, a tactile writing system for those, who are visually impaired.
